The Tailhook Association Lifetime Achievement Award is established for annual award to any member in good standing of the Association who, in the judgment of the Board of Directors, has demonstrated through inspired leadership, dedication, and personal example, an unselfishly continuous and long-term dedication to and support of carrier aviation and the Tailhook Association.
